No one is thinking yet of the new year resolutions, January seems to be so far away. But I decided to anticipate – why waiting for the good things? - and make a pre-new-year-resolution: from now on I will write this newsletter personally.  

Oh, I forgot to introduce myself! I am Natalia, CMO of Altitude Software, who tempted me away from my own business. You know how they did it? They said they have amazing newsletter subscribers! :) So, I propose you to get to know each other a bit better.

And it worked! We noticed that on average, our dearest subscribers like you spend 53% more time reading our newsletter today than you did 6 months ago. Oh, my team of marketers was so happy about it! This happy: 


But I have one little bug: I am a perfectionist. And I said: Hey, team, 53% on average is pretty nice, but do we really know what are our subscribers and their teammates really willing to spend their time reading? Let’s ask them! So, here’s the question:

Altitude Xchange UK & NA 2018

Our annual Altitude Xchange un the UK took place last September 21st in Cwmbran, Wales and was hosted by our customer WE FIGHT ANY CLAIM. We presented new ideas, xchanged thoughts and even solved a murder mystery! Special thanks to We Fight Any Claim for hosting, eGain Corporation for sponsoring and a huge thanks to all our Customers and Partners for coming out! DFS, Sitel, HigherGround, Fiko (MMG Sky) and Sirch Solutions.

Our biannual Altitude Xchange in North America took place last September 27th in Chicago. We had a fantastic couple of days with our Customers and Partners, betted some (fake) Altitude money and even had fun gambling! Great conversations, ideas, plans, solutions, challenges, views…Amazing Xchanges!
