Fortius Awards Reward the Best and the Brightest in Contact Centers


Altitude Software, together with industry associations, is sponsoring and organizing the Fortius Awards, aiming to reward and celebrate the best professionals in contact centers.

The Fortius Annual Awards are now organized in Portugal (1st edition) and Spain (9th edition) in a partnership with local industry associations, to find the best contact center manager, supervisor and agent in these countries.

The European Contact Center market grew 3,02% in 2015, with over 37,700 centers, with an average 79 positions, employing 3,85 million people in 30 countries.

Altitude Announces New Chief Marketing Officer


Altitude announces the appointment of Jesús Cuadrado as Chief Marketing Officer. His mission is to boost the go to market strategy and execution, with a stronger alignment with product and business model innovation to support business growth. He will lead a stronger global integrated marketing team, with a special focus on sales and lead generation, supported by product innovation.

Jesús Cuadrado has over 15 years of global business solutions development and management experience, lately as Business Solution Manager at Altitude. Before joining Altitude to lead the go-to-product strategy and work on go-to-market innovation, Jesus held responsibilities in global product and solutions development and management at global telco Telefónica. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Valladolid and an Executive MBA from the European Business School.
